     Eclectic Cooking.com, launched in January 2001, is a "portal" to cooking and nutrition featuring freelance writers, doctors, authors, and other well educated experts. Published weekly, our eZine and newsletter features useful tips, hilarious cooking jokes, nutrition and cooking news/articles.

 

We are also currently participating in a new and exciting era of what is known as 'eBooks'; (books in a digital format). Our eBook store features a diverse number of cooking eBooks such as 'Smakelijk!', 'Andean Epicurean', 'The Cook's Decameron' and 'Recipes - Tried and True'.

 

          We are also proud to syndicate gourmet cooking on the Internet. With articles and recipes for purchase (or for free) and affordable for any website, we hope to expand and improve on this feature.

 

     Although EclecticCooking.com is based in Europe, a majority of our subscribers/readers are in North America, but we still like to retain an international theme to our website because we do recognize the subscribers and readers we have from Europe, but now also Asia, Australia, North and South American as well as Africa.

 

     With 35,000 visitors and more every month, we hope to create an enjoyable and viewer friendly online magazine that will continue to grow and improve for many years to come.
