This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the this web site: ("Eclectic Cooking.com") including participation in Eclectic Cooking.com's chat and bulletin-board or forum facilities. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of the home page of Eclectic Cooking.com.

Indemnification
