It is impossible to
list all fine wines ever made but a list of the 'best' are reviewed along with
some of the more popular wines. Some are recommended and given
notice if they are expensive.
This wine is rich in color, full bodied and so harmonic. Quinta Do Carmo is a fruity wine with wonderful shades of nuts, roasted oak
tree and undertones of tobacco.

Made from the Tempranillo grapes. This wine has been stored for
18 months giving a soft and light spiced wine with a long
durability.
Loriñon Crianza 1997, Bodegas Bretòn
Deep, mature, dark berry aroma and vanilla. Full taste, tannin, lots of mature berries, good long and light acidic aftertaste. A classic
Rioja.
Dominio de Conté 1991, Bodegas Bretón
Lot's of aroma, well developed and complex. With liquorices, mature berries. Elegant taste, harmonic and full bodied. Both good tannin, lightly acidic and lot's of mature fruit with a long
aftertaste. Recommended

1997 A lovely and classic St. Emilion
bouquet with a typical soft, full-body and impressively spiced with
warmth.
Château Clement Vieux Saint-Émilion
1997 Another dark red Saint Emilion.
Strongly spiced bouquet and good, full-body taste with a shade of
berry flavor, fruit and forest floor. Lovely acidic undertone that
follows after a long finish.

1996 Majestic ruby colored wine with a
beautiful bouquet of both black current and mature red berries.
Amazingly structured wine with a lovely, full-bodied
‘fatness'.(rather expensive).
Clairette de Die Tradition, demi-sec,
Rhône Fresh and lightly spiced bouquet. The
flavor is dominated by a shade of fresh grapes and also the
pleasantly flavored Muscat-grapes. Ideal with fresh strawberries.
The natural sugar content gives the distinct light sweetness.
Cava Brut, Joan Raventós
Rosell Being stored for two years, gives
this wine a dry and light taste with a deep fruit aroma. Best suited
for accompanying small canapés and fresh salads. Joan Raventos is of
such a high quality that it is among one of the eight best Cavas. Recommended
Moscatel Castillo de Liria,
Gandia, Spain A sweet and lightly spiced
Moscatel wine with a warm golden color. This honey sweet wine
‘catches’ you with happiness. Ideal for a 'welcome punch,' :mineral
water, vodka, and strawberries, raspberries etc.

1997 A wonderful ‘welcoming’ wine with an
odor of dark berries and a hint of roasted tree. A good and pleasant
wine that will enrich every meal. Recommended for light meat and
poultry. Also suitable for light cheese dishes.

unique odor of dark berries and roasted tree. The taste is enriched
with some spice, vanilla along with red berries. Enjoy this classic
Minervois with heavy meat courses and bird.

1996 Ah! Wonderful Graves. Lightly golden
with spiced elegance, rich with fruit and a long dry aftertaste.
Perfect for fish courses and light lunches such as salad with fish
or shellfish.

1997 Ruby colored and full-bodied with a
complex bouquet of red fruit and dried spice. The taste is soft and
fruity with a well balanced after taste. Perfect for lamb.

1999 Full-bodied and convincing rosé. Fresh
and a bit of a more ‘festive’ alternative to white wine. Also
available in white. Recommended.
