Try
one of our Danish dressings:
Remoulade
dressing
(Serves 4)
400 ml junket
1 tsp finely grated onion
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped mango chutney
2 tbsp finely chopped pickled cucumber
4 tbsp finely chopped apple (e.g. Cox's Orange)
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp coarse salt
freshly ground pepper.

Mix
the junket with the other ingredients. Allow the Remoulade to stand in a
cool place for an hour, and stir again before serving. The Remoulade sauce
may be served in "burgers", Danish meat balls( frikadeller), or
with fried fish. |
