Chocolate shake with
Mocha
(4 glasses)
1/4 liter vanilla ice-cream
1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
6 dl. Chocolate skimmed milk
2Tbsp. chopped chocolate
4 straws
Whip the ice-cream, coffee powder and chocolate milk until the ice-cream has dissolved. Pour into four separate glasses. Add the chopped chocolate and add a straw.

Mint
chocolate milk
(4 glasses)
4 Tbsp. chocolate powder
4 After Eights mints chocolates
6 dl. low-fat milk
Add the chocolate powder and After Eights into two mugs. Heat up the milk while stirring vigorously almost until it boils. Add the milk in the mugs and serve with a teaspoon. |

Orange and cinnamon
flavor chocolate milk
(4 glasses)
100 g. dark chocolate.
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. finely chopped orange peel
6 dl. low-fat milk
1 dl. cream
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in a pot. Add the cinnamon, orange peel, and milk. Slowly warm up the pot while stirring. Remove the pot just before the
chocolate milk starts to boil. Pour into 4 mugs and add cream on top.

Hot chocolate with ginger cream
(4 glasses)
4 Tbsp. chocolate powder
3 Tblspns. sugar
8 dl. low-fat milk
Ginger cream:
1 Tbsp. finely chopped preserved ginger
1dl. Whipped cream
Mix the chocolate powder, sugar and some of the milk in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add the rest of the milk and heat up the chocolate until it almost boils. Whipped the cream to a foam. Mix the ginger in the cream. Pour into four mugs and top with the ginger cream.
