Protein requirements for men and women and more diet recipes - apart
from the recipes for the initial 21-day diet. There is also a
section here for product information, as the diet plan includes
products such as “Manna from Heaven”, tortillas and a website.
It also lists laboratories which can test leptin levels and perform
the medical tests mentioned in the book.
We highly recommend that you read the book and study it quite thoroughly
before you begin your diet. We also suggest that you abide by Dr.
Rosedale’s suggestion to follow the diet for 21 days before you take
the initiative and develop your own plan. Turn off your hunger switch,
live longer, lose weight fast and keep it off. We hope you will try some
of the recipes included in this week’s newsletter, and even if you do
not follow the diet plan, we certainly can recommend the recipes.
