Do I have to download the TK3 reader?
Yes. This is the format we use to publish our eBooks, otherwise
you cannot read our eBooks. We are currently considering offering
our eBooks in Adobe Acrobat Reader format as well as TK3 format. If
you are interested in the Adobe format please go here
and tell us!

I lost, (deleted by accident, forgot to backup
etc.) my eBook. What can I do?
You may receive another copy from us after you complete our
quick security procedure. You may then download another copy from us
or receive one in your E-mail. All our eBooks should also be able to
fit on a 1.44 MB floppy disk.

I am an EclecticCooking.com member but my Chefs
Hat eBook password does not work!
Simply send us an E-mail
and we will help you out as soon as possible.
-
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
This would not be possible as we have no way of receiving the
eBook back to us. eBooks are not tangible products and so cannot be
"sent back" to us. It is always recommended that you first
download the TK3 reader software, try our free "Health,
Recipes and You" eBook or our Preview
Collection. If all goes well, which we're sure it will, you will
have no problems with your purchased eBook. However, please remember
that we have a satisfaction guarantee and will do our very best to
make sure you are happy with you purchase.

How is my order processed?
All orders go through eSellerate.net or PayPal using their
secure servers and who specialize in this field. We have complete
confidence in these credit card processing companies and make sure
our customers security is a first priority. Once you click on a
purchase link you are directed to eSellerate's or PayPal's servers
where a secure transaction may take place. We are then notified by
them when an order has been made in realtime. You are always welcome
to ask us for more information regarding this matter.
-
Do your eBooks work on a Mac computer and a
Windows computer?
Yes, we support both formats. Please note that you will need a Mac
version of WinZip to uncompress the eBooks (StuffIt.)
Also make sure that you have downloaded the Mac TK3 version.
